By using our Service, particularly if you are a business or organization, you grant Liyam AI Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your company name, trade name, trademarks, service marks, and logo for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes, subject to reasonable sizing and formatting adjustments.

4. Fact-Checking and AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service may provide tools such as "Check Fact" or similar functionalities. These features and any AI-generated content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any fact-checking result or AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on or disseminating it.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We will not share your transcripts or other User Content with third parties except as permitted by you, with trusted service providers under confidentiality obligations, as required by law, or to enforce these Terms.

6. Payments and Fees

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIYAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL LIYAM'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
